Documentation about the datapack and texturepack of Minecraft java #638

My problem: I did not find precise and complete documentation for the datapacks and texturepack of the JAVA versions of minecraft.

What i need: Although Minecraft Creator is focused on the bedrock edition. I think it would be handy to have an equivalent for the Java versions. Cella in order to have a documentation on the creation of datapack and texturepack.
