What is actually behind each experiment toggle #875

This page says that "Upcoming Creator Features" "Includes adjustable fog parameters."

However, this page says that query.state_time requires "Enable 'Upcoming Creator Features' to use". That doesn't sound like an adjustable fog parameter to me.

Please update the first page to include a comprehensive list of everything that is included under the given toggles. Thank you!
