If the Package Project is created within Visual Studio, how should the create package section be handled? Is there any section in the Package.appxmanifest file that could be used to specify the publisher bridging file 'artifacts.txt'? Where should the files artifact.cat, artifact.xml and artifacts.txt be placed within the solution? or are we forced to always use the command line in this scenario? A little more insight about this use case would be nice.
