azuresigntool needs a Tenant ID parameter. #351

The azure sign tool examples don't work at present as the latest azure signtool needs a tenant ID passing on the command line.

You get the error "Must supply '--azure-key-vault-tenant-id' when using '--azure-key-vault-client-id'."
