Please update your documentation - this page and elsewhere!! You constantly refer to Visual Studio 2017 and we're on 2022 now. Following the instructions to create and deploy MSIX/APPX packages can be tricky as many of the menus in VS have changed, or the Solution Explorer tree doesn't have the same contents (e.g. no Packages folder as described here).
