Unclear whether magic OID for unsigned MSIX installs is fixed

The page says a special OID has to be added to the publisher string, then goes on to give an example that uses OID.2.25.311729368913984317654407730594956997722=1. But it is not clear whether that is the exact OID that must be used, or if that is just an example and one can come up with another OID to use.
