This is accurate. 2021 LTSC is 20H2, similar to 2019 LTSC, which is 1809.

Please can you double check this. Here are the versions and builds for Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC/LTSB Editions:

• Version 21H2 / Build 19044 == Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021
• Version 1809 / Build 17763 == Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019
• Version 1607 / Build 14393 == Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016
• Version 1507 / Build 10240 == Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2015
