Hello @johnmiroki - Could you please share your icons color and outline, so that we can test it from our end? FYI... We have already tried with other icons which are working fine.
@SaiPratap-MSFT Thank you for following up. The icon should be transparent with white outline. It works well with Classic Teams.
Hi @johnzhang06 - We are not able to download the app icon and its showing below error.
Could you please share your manifest zip file containing both color and outline icon, so that we can test that from our end?

@johnzhang06 , @saumyanayak10 - We tried to repro this issue using the icons provided and its rendering as below in our case. Classic Teams:
New Teams: We have noticed that, if the application is pinned the icon is showing blank and if the application is not pinned its showing properly. App is pinned:

Hi Microsoft Team, @Prasad-MSFT Thanks for acknowledging the issue. Could you please help me understand why this thread shows "closed" at the top left side of the screen? If it is mistakenly marked as closed, please could you change it to "in progress" as we are still awaiting a fix? Thank you.

Our custom Teams App works fine on old Teams, however, after customers switch to new teams, our app's icon(outline) is displayed as blank when:

The icon is displayed normally in the Classic Teams client.
