@JiaudheenAM-RTContractor - We tried to repro this issue using New Teams, however this is working fine at our end.
Is there anything specific we should do?
Because the same app, when I shift back to classic teams, it's working. Please advise. Our's is an Azure Bot service built using BOT framework.

I do not see any console error either in the bot service (Monitoring/Logs) or in my app service (AppStream or in Kudu logs). Please guide me, where should I investigate further?

Hi, My Azure Bot which was working fine as a Teams app in the classic teams is not working from the new teams. The same can be seen working as a chat channel in new teams. Only through app it's not working.
I am getting the following error, "There was a problem reaching this app."
We now shifted back to classic teams as a work around. Please let us know what could be issue and the resolution.
