Cannot see on going call `Join` banner in a given Teams channel(v2.0) #10553

Steps to reproduce

There is a bug in Teams/Channels 2.0 with the on going call, it shows that call has ended even though there is call going on within that channel.

Expected behavior

It should show us the banner to join the on going call.

Actual behavior

Teams/Channels 2.0 not showing the banner to the call Join call instead showing call has ended.

My co-workers reported that they don't even see the Join option at all in the thread where the call is currently going on even if they scroll back in history when they open the Teams Web app(not desktop) which is more concerning issue. Web App is running on: image

@Prasad-MSFT was this bug only isolated to our organization tenant? We started seeing this bug from 15th Mar 2024 onwards, I suspect one of the recent change that was released on that specific day broke the functionality. And how do we confirm that this bug is restricted only to our tenant?
