[Accessibility]No visible alternative text for close button #10568

Steps to reproduce

The close button in adaptive card do not have visible alternative text conveying its purpose to the user image

Expected behavior

Non text contents like Icon buttons should have visible alternative text conveying its purpose to the user.

Actual behavior

The close button in adaptive card do not have visible alternative text conveying its purpose to the user

Hello @AmyLi0728 , We setup a sample and tested this using "Windows Narrator" and it was narrating as "button". Can you once please check again and also let us know if it should be narrating as "Close button"?
