Open teams app, can't exited switch other tab

Steps to reproduce

After entering the iOS teams app, the app I put on the first pinned tab will automatically enter and cannot be exited swtich other tab. There is no exit button provided for me. There is no arrow in the quit upper left corner.

I did the following operations, but I couldn't fix this problem.

1. Restart iPhone
2. Upgrade teams app & iOS (17.5.1)
3. Reinstall teams app (6.11.2 & 6.11.772024112802/0617)
4. Re-login to office365 account. So, I want to know why this is happening? How can I solve it?

Expected behavior

can switch other pinned tabs. please pay attention to the arrow in the upper left corner.it's correct.

Actual behavior

can't switch other tab.in the upper left ,not have quit icon.

Fixed! Update to the latest version, log out and log in again. Uninstall and reinstall does not work.
