Steps to reproduce

Edge cases for take-ownership and App import are missing

Duplicate import for published app
Admin taking ownership of existing app
Best practices to recover orphaned apps
What happens if someone else tries to import a published app {lob/3p}
How does override works for Admins

Expected behavior

these edge cases along with proper documentation should be provided

Actual behavior

Please add the required documentation
