Microphone audio stops working if you open the devices #1785

Closed jamie-pate closed 4 years ago

jamie-pate commented 4 years ago

If you go to the devices panel and try to set your mic settings in the linux desktop app, eventually it says 'your microphone is not working' even though clearly it does still work.

https://streamable.com/euh2ou

Restarting teams fixes the issue, but sometimes it will reoccur in the middle of a meeting!

Additionally, when adding and removing bluetooth audio sources the device settings do not reflect the actual devices available, and it will say it's playing audio out to my headset when it's actually playing audio to the bluetooth speaker, etc.

Hi jamie-pate! Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We will investigate and if we require further information we will reach out. Best regards, Teams Platform
