Thanks - however, it doesn´t explain how to do the process in Developer Portal, it redirects the user on how to do it in Partner Center

@maritzace - Currently developer portal does not support to submit a Teams App to the Marketplace. You can only use Partner Center for app submission. That's why we have a external link provided in developer portal for Partner Center like below:

Thanks. The button "Publish" in the right upper corner is the one causing the confusion among partners then.
