@Rajkumar235216 - We have tried to repro using below sample but could not able to repro it. https://github.com/microsoft/BotBuilder-Samples/tree/main/samples/csharp_dotnetcore/54.teams-task-module

I would request you to please try it from your end and let us know if you still face the issue or need any help from us.

Hi @sayali-MSFT This issue happens with python repo: https://github.com/microsoft/BotBuilder-Samples/tree/main/samples/python/54.teams-task-module Please try to replicate in same. I am not familiar to C# or dotnet, so unable to try above sample at this moment.
