Bot SSO Adaptive Card 'Refresh Card' is not working for Nodejs Sample.

We are sending adaptive card with refresh block attribute and the code which handles the refresh.

Under onInvokeActivity(), checking authentication token and sending adaptive card login successful. But we are unable to get the "login successful Card". its continuous loading on "welcome card". Is there is a bug/issue with refresh card in nodejs sample.
