Add links to kiota-java-extra

Here we, finally(😓), add the links to kiota-java-extra for Java. The Quarkus extension link is looking forward to me moving the content there, but it's gonna happen any time soon.

I adapted the wording we agreed on for asdf, personally, I believe that it is unnecessarily intimidating and redundant, something like:

Microsoft makes no warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of XXX.

would be a better compromise IMHO 🤷 .
