Contradiction between documentation and information in Power BI Service UI #5057

The information in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-create-distribute-apps seems to contradict the information in the Power BI Service App audience settings UI. The documentation page mentions "to all the audiences" while the information in the UI mentions "to the audience".

If I read the documentation page, I would assume that enabling the build permission for at least one audience would enable the build permission for all audiences. If I read the advanced settings UI information, I would assume that enabling the build permission for an audience would enable the build permission for that specific audience.

Can this be clarified or am I misreading one of the sources?

@maggiesMSFT I'm pretty sure that 'all the audiences' in Create and manage multiple audiences (note in step 5) should be changed to 'the audience'. Can you please verify and make the change?
