Repeat title on all pages #5068

It would be nice to get instructions on this page on how to get the report title to repeat on all pages. I tried to follow the instructions for the header but it does not work for the report title. I was able to find the information online (not through Microsoft); however, I did find an issue if I do not put the report title repeating when I first create the report it becomes an issue figuring out how to get the title to report once I have added in grouping.
