Removing enableReadOnlyMode and disableReadOnlyMode docs until it goes in a future release #653

Removing the enable and disable read-only mode docs until that feature goes in a future release. These will go live once the feature is live. For now, I will exclude them from main.

Those changes with the enableReadOnlyMode and disableReadOnlyMode docs are now saved in the release-1.18 branch: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/terminal/tree/release-1.18 These will go live once the feature is live.
