New Duplicate Tab with CWD should be enabled by default.., as in the .profile Maybe map the usual Crtl + Alt + t as well :)

As much as I would love this, it's very much a Hard problem. It's non-trivial to update users' shell configs for them in a non-destructive manor.

We're still trying to work out easier ways for users to enable this, which is more-or-less tracked in https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/13445.
