Settings info doesn't belong here #720

How to access the settings doesn't belong in Install, it belongs with the settings reference. And you need to say what the default key assignment is to bring it up. I have a problem at the moment where something's decided not to draw my Terminal window frame, or any of the tabs or menus, and I have no way to get to the settings to change that state.
