Can a PowerShell example be given? #752

I much appreciate examples being given in multiple languages. I like Python. It was my go-to language before PowerShell was open sourced. Can Windows PowerShell and PowerShell Core generate a UUID5? Please include a PowerShell example.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I'm not sure that there's a good way to generate v5 UUIDs in powershell. I'm at least at a loss looking for a way. Sorry about that!
