Work Item Batch Updates Hidden from TOC #564

The Azure DevOps REST API has a function to bulk update work items. This page is no longer visible from the docs and can only be found if you search directly and know it exists. Is this command supported anymore? I also notice that the PAT permissions required to run this are different than a normal work item update. Is this page deprecated as well?
