[GetKeyState] Add a reference to the WinUI replacement for CoreWindow.GetKeyState #2461

This change adds a reference to InputKeyboardSource.GetCurrentKeyState on the docs for CoreWindow.GetKeyState, since that API is not usable in WinUI 3.
