Confusing as to how to set source of brush to image in assets folder #834

The simplest part of adding an image isn't addressed here, and something this easy shouldn't have me spending the past 20 minutes googling.

It should mention the SurfaceLoader from the Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp.UI.Media NuGet package to load images.
