1 year ago - Moved a few explainers to "Withdrawn" per audit spreadsheet and internal discussions. Updated "Alumni" list with Explainers that have reached WICG or W3C. Reformatted the "Active" explainers list to a table.
- Cleaned up ISSUE_TEMPLATE folder for alumni and withdrawn Explainers.
