[Web Install] Resolve promise with object #654

I think it would be better to resolve with an object that contains origin, so that extra properties could be added in future.

@lukewarlow the latest version of the explainer returns an object! It returns with the mode that the web app was installed, but room to add more things in the future. Thanks for the feedback!
