Add a link to the Exporting IDs from shadow roots for cross-root ARIA explainer in the alumni table.
It skipped the phase of being in the MSEdgeExplainers repo and was originally discussed in the wicg/aom repo: https://github.com/WICG/aom/pull/204. However, it's being added here to track as an explainer authored by a MS employee.
