AbortSignal/AbortController is not tracked #628

According to caniuse, this feature has been shipped in Edge 16. But it is missing from this platform, causing https://platform-status.mozilla.org/#abort-api to mark it as "no signals", as it cannot have the data for Edge (see https://github.com/mozilla/platform-status/issues/535)
