Shouldn't this change be in chromium.src first/only?

@champnic Maybe it's because these are project and solution files that we don't copy over and are different from the ones in chromium.src.

I do see a similar change in draft PR from Ogi here, with similar (though different) changes. @oggy22 can you confirm?
