Changes proposed in this pull request:

VM2 was not in subnet2. The location for the deployment was not choosable. Fix this in the Template. Remove the loop in Templatefilename, because there is no loop in it ;-) Put the correct IP Address for VM2 and Filenames for template and parameter files in the Instructions

@jmenne - Fixed. We have avoided changing file names to ensure automated backend processes continue to work. Guess we will see if something breaks. Added an RDP note to Lab 05. Thanks.
