Update LAB_01-Manage_Entra_ID_Identities.md

@BabafemiB - Why are you changing the cleanup instructions in this lab? There may be additional resources in Entra ID that need to be removed, but these instructions are for resources that affect cost.

Ok Steleycn, I think I get it now

Maybe we need to have additional information for users using their private tenant to complete this lab.
