Lab 4 error deploying VPN Gateway #64

Step: 03

Description of issue Receive error when I click the Create button to deploy an Azure Virtual Network Gateway. The error states that Basic IP configuration for VPN Virtual Network Gateway is not supported.

Repro steps: Just follow the exactl lab steps

Issue was due to wrong ip information provided to the wizard.
