DICOM service module is poorly formatted, links are broken #11

Hi, this formatting is designed for running inside an Authorized Lab Host, which has custom enhanced markdown with a few extra features than are supported by the standard markdown on GitHub Pages.

Thanks for the response, @ephiax20.

I filed this issue because a customer of mine shared the link in the repro steps and was using this to follow along with the lab. They ran into some issues that could have been solved if they were able to follow the links and see the images - but because they were just viewing this in their browser, they were not able.

Is there some way to direct users to the correct lab environment if they discover this on the web? Is that lab host something that's even available to the public? I worry about other customers coming across this page and running in to the same challenges.
