Step: 5

Description of issue

The device state NEVER shows as Azure AD joined at this point. Suggest to switch to SEA-SVR1 and do a:

Start-ADSyncSyncCycle -PolicyType Delta

And monitor resluts in Synn service console until shows as Success (from in progress).

Then restart SEA-CL2 and check status with dsregcmd /status
