Description of issue

Why don't you use the steps: Open Settings, and in the search box, enter Cert and then select Manage computer certificates.

Seems odd to open the MSC manually when it's not needed.

Repro steps:

On the SEA-WS1 taskbar, select Start, type cert, and select Manage computer certificates.
