Step: 1 through 4

Description of issue

I am unsure how the search works. It's easier, in my mind, to enter the steps:

  1. Expand Users and then select All users
  2. Select Password reset
  3. (as written)...

ALSO - these authentication methods being depracated next year, and so should make note to update in due course.

Thanks Andy, the search does appear to be working again for us. We have made note of this deprecation and will update as we get closer to the date.
