Lab changes #57

Fixed various typos, step issues, timings. Also added a URL for the 'legacy' BitLocker settings page as the current version which seems to be being A/B tested does not match the lab steps. Increased the times for resets on Lab 0801 and for both 0801 and 0802, I have removed the note indicating the instructor may continue with the next module as there is no more content after Labs 0801 and 0802

@maquinl @MSFT-rstearman Any chance this can be merged, please? I don't want MD-102 to become the unmonitored wasteland that was MD-100/MD-101

Guys, please can you merge this PR. I am about to enter 3 weeks of deliveries of MD-102 and really need these changes pulled.
