We're starting to see sporadic instances of what you experienced. Sometimes selecting the banner turns on audit logging like it has for the past several years since the inception of the lab, and now sometimes it doesn't. We're not sure if this is a VM issue or a product issue. In either case, we are updating the lab instructions to provide a PowerShell command to turn on audit logging.
Hello, I noticed that you marked this as complete, but I still see the issue as unresolved.
Could we please keep it open until it is genuinely resolved? We have several clients affected by this, and we are deeply concerned about it.

It requires a significant amount of time for the banner to disappear. At times, it remains visible and does not disappear. Due to this, audit logging does not turn on.
