Description of issue:

When publishing to Azure, Build is successful but fails to publish. Screenshot provided shows dependency insight missing

The Application Insights resource should be created automatically when the function app is created

If you have a problem when publishing, try deleting the publish profile and re-creating it

I think this issue is caused by SCM authentication not being enabled on the function app
