Repro steps: 1.readme.md link Download Latest Student Handbook and AllFiles Content does not link to the Student Handbook / Content.

If you are looking to download the course materials, you should go here: Learning Download Center

If you are trying to access the labs, you should go here: https://github.com/MicrosoftLearning/PL-900-Microsoft-Power-Platform-Fundamentals and click on the Instructions/Labs folder.

Let me know if this did not address your issue.
