What happened?

Task: 01 Step: 10

Description of issue: There was a change in the portal that now requires a constrained condition to advance.

Repro steps:

• Under the Members tab, select + Select members and select the MOD Administrator account and select Next to continue.

Change request:

• Select "Not constrained" and click "Next.
