What happened?

Task: 04 Step: 10

Description of issue: Region is not populating when creatin a new ARC server for WINServer

Repro steps:

• In the Add a server with Azure Arc page, select the Resource group you created earlier under Project details. Hint: RG-Defender

Fix:

• Select "(US) East Us" from the drop-down list.
