What happened?

Task: 01 Step: 06

Description of issue: New web version of Teams does not show the option "Create new Teams" at the bottom

Repro steps:

• If not already selected, select Teams on the left menu, then at the bottom, select Join or create a team.

Fix: Select the "+" sign at the top
