Update to Lab1 to remove steps that are no longer required #272

Replace issue name M00-LAB00:QUICK_DESCRIPTION, for example "M01-LAB01: My new issue" (or same name as linked Issue)

I fixed this slightly differently. Thanks for the PR.

Okay, I see what you have done there. Since these are lab tenants they just need kicking to get going, its a little annoying MS don't provide them pre-activated correctly.

If I find anything else when I am teaching the course I will do another PR
