Lab/Demo: 01 - Exercise 4 Task 2

Fixes # .The MG-User parameter "UsageLocation" only accepts 2-character country codes, where the instructions has "USA" which is not recognized as valid.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

change USA to US in UsageLocation

I fixed this manually, instead of using the PR, as I needed to make another small tweak to this lab. NOTE, that this was copy & paste from a DOCS article, and I swear I tested it twice to make sure it worked. I have changed it to US. And pushed up the update. Thanks for catching.
