Changes proposed in this pull request:

The student needs to select "trainable classifiers" not "sensitive info types"
"Restrict access" ("access" is missing.)
"or email notification" was added to the notification text.
"Test mode" is now "simulation mode"
Ex 2, Task 3, Step 1 is missing "Select "Publish labels".

Thank you for bringing these issues to my attention. These labs have been updated to reflect the new Microsoft Purview portal, and some files have been rearranged as part of this update. Closing this PR since it would now introduce merge conflicts.
