WestUs is not supported for Custom extraction model training #6

According to exercise 3, we should create an Custom Extraction Model using the resources created by Labfiles/03-composed-model/setup.sh.

This is not possible, as the Studio warns: Selected resource doesn't support Neural model training. Click here for details.

Unfortunately setup.sh creates the resources in WestUS. But WestUs is not supported, only WestUS2 is according to documentation.
